Out of curiosity, how do your spirits let you know that they're around?
I have a particular spirit who will try to "hold" my hand whenever he's around. He's bound to me, but I notice that when I wear his actual vessel (a bracelet) my hand on whatever side I'm wearing it on will get icy cold. It literally feels like I've stuck that hand into a freezer. Its odd because if I stick that hand into my pocket to get warm, the cold sensation will move up my arm to wrap around my elbow. It can be 100 degrees outside and that hand/arm will be freezing. I'm also pretty sure he has crawled into bed with me on occasion. If any of you have cats, imagine your cat curling up into a ball right up against your back. Now, imagine your cat is made out of ice--a super cold spot under all the covers (and I love my blankets!). Sometimes I can be walking through the house and I'll pass through a cold pocket and I'll know its him. Not sure why he's so cold, lol. I honestly don't mind and I've let it be known to my spirits that they're free to manifest themselves to me in any way they feel comfortable so long as they don't scare me to death or give me a heart attack. Just wondering what everyone else's experiences have been!
The first night that I had a meditation with my werewolf I let him know that I was worried that I would not sense him around me. In reply I felt a touch on my left foot, then left arm, and then my right arm. I took that as a sign that he was letting me know that he can make himself known if needed. I have also felt a very spot on just the side of my leg at work before and I instantly thought of my werewolf. I am not sure why he came to mind. I take that as a sign that it was him sitting next to me.
Yes, I feel cold spots and in some cases the whole body, I experienced this with vessels especially dark to black arts. For coolness and sometimes as if your hand was in snow for a short period of time. Some beings would react to body, with hands perhaps its telling you to be creative with writing, arts and crafts, cooking, alchemy, and anything hands on.
